Abstract

Since the covid-19 pandemic began, it has been a critical question how this infection spreads in our social activities. Several hypotheses have been tested to control the pandemic, but it still continues. We analyzed location data of mobile phones and detected some factors of mobile phones, or people, distribution have strong correlation with future effective-reproduction number.
We call them "hot-spot of the covid-19 infection", and are applying to prediction of pandemic.
