Fugaku tours in English are available now.

RIKEN Center for Computational Science (R-CCS) offers tours of the supercomputer Fugaku and associated facilities for research and educational institutions and industries.

Tour Overview

  • We accept the groups of 10 to 70.
  • Tours are available on Tuesdays and Fridays, between 10:00-12:00 and 13:30-17:00
  • Fugaku tours last approximately 30 to 60 minutes depending on the programs.
  • All tours are free of charge.

Fugaku tours are available by appointment only. An organizer of a tour group is requested to send the following information at least 15 days before the desired tour date; however, we cannot process requests more than 3 months in advance.

  1. Name of the tour group
  2. Outline of the tour group
  3. Name of the person in charge
  4. E-mail address
  5. Total number of visitors
  6. Desired date and time
  7. Purpose of the visit

Please note that we may not accommodate the requested date or itinerary due to research activities, events, or other circumstances. In addition, we do not offer Fugaku tours for individuals. Please visit us on RIKEN R-CCS Open Day when doors open to the public.
