Daichi Mukunoki Wins Best Research Poster Award at Russian Supercomputing Days 2019

Daichi Mukunoki ( the Large-scale Parallel Numerical Computing Technology Research Team), Takeshi Ogita (Tokyo Woman’s Christian University), and Katsuhisa Ozaki (Shibaura Institute of Technology) received the Best Research Poster Award at Russian Supercomputing Days 2019.

The researchers study accurate and reproducible computation methods for linear algebra operations and the high-performance implementation on massively parallel architectures. The poster entitled "Accurate and Reproducible Linear Algebra Operations for Many-core Architectures" presented the implementation and performance of their accurate and reproducible BLAS implementation, OzBLAS, on a CPU and a GPU.
