Abstract

HPC- and AI-driven Drug Development Platform Division was newly established at R-CCS in April 2021. Drug development takes a very long time and a huge amount of development cost. Our division aims to improve the efficiency of drug development through HPC/AI technology. To achieve this, our mission is to build a HPC/AI-driven drug discovery platform on "Fugaku". In my talk, I will introduce our division and show the application of graph convolutional neural network as a specific AI core technology for drug discovery.
