Abstract

We have developed a platform for AI development to improve the efficiency of medicinal chemistry processes. Some drug targets lack learning data so that it will need a new chemical database. Our group has developed a database for designing new inhibitors of protein-protein interactions (PPIs). We performed an in silico screening using our prediction models of deep learning. Experimental validation using compound libraries confirmed the validity of our prediction models.
