Abstract
Mixed-precision arithmetic is an extremely recent and critical topic in numerical linear algebra. Along with the strong demand for computer architecture, it has the potential to contribute to substantial cost savings in terms of power and other resources by selecting the appropriate precision while improving accuracy and increasing speed. This presentation will report on the team's latest research including the development of our own numerical libraries and mixed-precision-related results.
