Lattice 2015, the 33rd International Symposium on Lattice Field Theory
will be held at Kobe International Conference Center, Kobe, Japan
from Tuesday July 14, 2015 to Saturday July 18, 2015.
Online registration, abstract submission and hotel reservation are now
open on the conference webpage:

Fees and Deadlines
==================
[Registration Fee]
An early registration fee of JPY 40,000 will apply before May 16, 0:00(JST).
After May 16, the full JPY 50,000 registration fee will be required.
The deadline for the registration is June 12.
* JPY: Japanese Yen, JST: Japan Standard Time
(e.g. May 16, 0:00(JST) = May 15, 15:00(GMT))
This will cover welcome reception, banquet, venue costs,
conference package, refreshments (coffee breaks, poster session) and
proceedings. The registration fee is to be paid by credit card at
the online registration.
The fee for an accompanying person is JPY 15,000 which covers
welcome reception and banquet.
[Financial Support]
An exemption of the conference fee will be available for a limited
number of students.

Student applicants should provide a statement of support by their supervisor,
as well as the title of any presentation they intend to give.
The deadline for the applications is April 17, 2015.
Please note that the available number of the exemption is limited and not
all applications may be successful.
Students applying for fee exemption are required not to proceed the payment
before receiving the result.

Abstracts for parallel talks or posters will be accepted from registered
participants on the conference web page:

Visa Requirements
=================
Visa information can be found on the conference web page:

All visitors to Japan must have a valid passport. Citizens of certain
countries also need a visa to enter Japan. Please check the list of
countries which have the visa exemption agreement with Japan, which is
linked via the web page. If your country is included in the list, you
usually do not need to apply for a visa.
Venue and Organization
======================
The conference venue is located in the middle of the Kobe Port Island
and can be reached easily using public transportation.

On-site registration desk will open during the welcome reception,
which will take place on Monday, July 13 from 18:30 to 21:00 at
Kobe Animal Kingdom (K Computer Mae station), located two stops away
from Kobe Convention Center (Shimin Hiroba station) by the Portliner.
The scientific program starts in the morning of Tuesday, July 14, 2015,
and ends after the afternoon session on Saturday, July 18.
The plenary sessions will be held at the main hall of the Kobe
International Conference Center.
The parallel sessions and poster session will take place on the fourth
floor in the same building.

Excursions
==========
The afternoon of Thursday July 16 is allocated for excursions.
Options include guided tours of Kobe city, Nara city, Himeji castle,
and Arashiyama area (in Kyoto).
Please note that for some excursions, only a limited number of places
are available and that these will be allocated on a first-come,
first-served basis.

Conference Banquet
==================
The conference banquet will be held on Friday, July 17 in the banquet
room named "Ohwada" in the South Wing, Kobe Portopia Hotel, located
next to the Kobe International Conference Center.
