Error coordinates are too close

      I tried to run a minimization for a protein of interest and i get this error coordinates are too close . I dont Know if it is a problem with my pdb or my input file for minimization. i tried to upload the log file but i can’t seem to locate how to do so on the forum. so i copied and pasted

      The initial structure seems to be very unstable. Please try structure_check and nonb_limiter option. I’m not sure of the memory allocation error. One possibility is that the memory in your computer is not sufficient.

      Thanks checked my log file i can see MPI compiler = NO MPI does that mean i complied genesis without mpi?

      In your log, you compiled with MPI. For SPDYN, you need to compile with MPI.
