The logo is based on the image of the spatial decomposition method, which is one of the key functions of GENESIS. Since software is a digital product, the logo has a digital look by incorporating a square mosaic pattern. In addition, since GENESIS was originally developed in conjunction with the development of the K computer, we used the image color of the K computer, dark red. The logo was designed by Takaharu Mori (one of the developers of GENESIS).
