registration is accepted. Registration by e-mail, fax, post or phone
cannot be accepted. Note that cancellation of reception must be
requested by e-mail before February 8th, 2019. Cancellation requests
received after the cancellation deadline are not eligible for refund.
The cancellation charges will be deducted.
