Interesting processes and puzzles involving heavy flavors

Since several years different observations in the heavy flavor sector
have been in the spotlight of the community. Although some anomalies may
have disappeared, improving our understanding of the heavy flavor sector
nevertheless offers interesting challenges and eventually lessens to be
learned. I will discuss selected examples and highlight opportunities
for lattice QCD.
