The 4th R-CCS International symposium was held online on February 7-8, 2022, with a focus on the early achievements on the Program for Promoting Researches on the Supercomputer Fugaku. Team leader, Seiji Yunoki, gave a presentation titled “Quantum computing for quantum many-body systems: variational quantum algorithms and beyond”.
