Welcome to the 8th R-CCS International Symposium: FugakuNEXT – AI for Science and HPC Applications
We are pleased to welcome you to the 8th R-CCS International Symposium, which will be held as a co-located event with SCA/HPC Asia 2026.
The RIKEN Center for Computational Science (R-CCS) is a world-leading research center for high-performance computing (HPC) and the core institution in Japan promoting the "science of computing, by computing, and for computing."
In collaboration with various international and domestic institutions, R-CCS develops pioneering supercomputers, integrates advanced simulation, big data analysis, and AI, and contributes these results back to the broader scientific community and society at large.
The 8th R-CCS International Symposium will focus on FugakuNEXT, the successor to the supercomputer Fugaku, which launched development this year. FugakuNEXT is expected not only to further advance the simulation capabilities of conventional supercomputers but also achieve world-leading performance in AI. Its mission is to serve as next-generation AI-HPC platform where AI and HPC work seamlessly together.
At the symposium, researchers involved in FugakuNEXT: AI for Science and HPC Applications will present their cutting-edge research and insights.
We look forward to your active participation.
