In order to protect symposium attendees from the recent CORONA-virus outbreak, we sincerely ask indivisuals who fall into the criteria written in the following document to CANCEL their participation in the symposium.

Option: Reception (4,000 JPY) and Lunch Box (800 JPY/day)

Registration Procedure
Participants are requested to register before Jan. 31, 2020 (A.O.E) Feb 7th 2020 (A.O.E), by online. From Feb 8th, please register on site. Note that Lunch box application closed on Feb 4th.
Registration by e-mail, fax, post or phone cannot be accepted.
By Jan 31, 2020 (A.O.E), we accept cancellation of your payment (Lunch Boxes and Reception fee), and refund it with a processing free (20%) charged.
A cancellation request must be notified by email (
) with the delegate’s name and your Registration ID.
Please note that all refunds will be made after the Symposium.
