In principal, our official travel agency will reserve accommodation at Kobe Portopia Hotel for all the participants from UIUC, NCSA, ANL, INRIA, BSC, JSC based on the registration data. After the workshop, RIKEN AICS will send the invoice to JLESC partners. This invoice to each organization includes the total amount of the accommodation and registration fee for participants.
Nonetheless, if you prefer to reserve your accommodation by yourself at your own expense due to your some reason, please see the following list of the hotels near the venue. In that case, we would appreciate it if you asked hotels directly for availability and rates.
