select certain ligand with ion binding from a large membrane bilayer

      Hello,

      what exactly the specific command to be executed to select a ligand and nearby ions on big membrane bilayer? then to save as vmd video

      Hello,

      GENESIS (crd_convert) does not have the function selecting a ligand with nearby atoms. I think using ‘within’ in vmd is a good idea.
