Contact between Ion and Membrane Bilayer

      Hi,

      Previously I did tried the tutorial “1.2 All-atom MD simulation of POPC lipid bilayers” and the data that I got is area per lipid.

      Is it possible to use this GENESIS in order to get minimal distance between any of the POPC with any of the ion?

      Dear Nursya,

      We are sorry that the current GENESIS is not providing a tool for minimum-distance analysis (and also RDF analysis). Those tools might be available in the near-future version.
